What you'll do

As the Security Engineering Lead at Teya, you will be responsible for building and leading a security engineering team that partners closely with engineering teams to integrate security into the software delivery lifecycle. You will develop and implement security engineering practices that ensure the security of our products while enabling rapid product delivery.

You will work closely with the Director of Information Security to establish security policies and procedures that align with industry best practices. Your role will involve conducting security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing remediation strategies to protect our systems and data.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, providing guidance on security best practices and fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that security considerations are integrated into the design and development of new features and products.
