You have 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in analytics and machine learning. You understand the intricacies of payment systems and have a proven track record of using data to drive business decisions. Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively. You are a natural leader, capable of guiding a diverse team of data professionals while fostering a collaborative environment. You are passionate about using data to solve real-world problems and improve customer experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with banking regulations and compliance. Knowledge of additional programming languages or data visualization tools would be beneficial. You are also open to mentoring junior team members and sharing your knowledge with others.

Monzo offers a competitive salary ranging from £102,000 to £130,000, along with stock options and a comprehensive benefits package.
