Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure would be a plus, as would familiarity with microservices architecture. What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and refine features for the Varicent Incentives platform, a single-page web application designed to enhance client success. You will collaborate with a diverse team to build modern, scalable features that deliver exceptional user experiences. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing APIs, optimizing existing services for performance, and ensuring the reliability of the platform. You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers while also receiving guidance to improve your own skills. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring in production. Your contributions will directly impact how organizations achieve revenue success through innovative sales performance management solutions.
