What you'll do

As a Compliance Manager at Coinbase, you will support the Chief Compliance Officer in Luxembourg by overseeing the design, implementation, and execution of the Compliance framework. You will ensure that all operations align with applicable laws and regulations, including MiCA, PSD2, and AMLD. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments, developing compliance policies, and providing training to staff on compliance matters. You will also be responsible for monitoring compliance activities and reporting on compliance status to senior management. Your insights will help shape the compliance strategy and ensure that Coinbase operates within the legal framework while pursuing its mission.
