You are a professional with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS environments, capable of aligning customer goals with strategic outcomes and business value. Your collaborative mindset allows you to engage cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Expert Services to deliver seamless customer experiences. You are passionate about helping organizations unlock value, accelerate adoption, and bring innovation to life. Desirable

Experience in customer success or account management roles is a plus, as is familiarity with digital operations management. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of customer engagement and have a track record of empowering businesses to operate efficiently and scale securely.
