You are a consultative and creative recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting. You excel in dynamic environments and are eager to try new approaches while embracing innovative ideas. Your ability to partner with multiple internal stakeholders allows you to understand their hiring objectives and drive effective recruiting strategies. You have a strong working knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools, which you leverage to inform data-driven hiring decisions. Familiarity with sourcing and CRM tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem, is essential for building and managing talent pipelines. You are also comfortable using scheduling, communication, and collaboration tools like GoodTime, Slack, and G Suite to optimize workflows.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for Stripe's corporate functions across EMEA. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring objectives and develop tailored recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals. Your responsibilities will include shaping hiring strategies, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, and ensuring accurate reporting of hiring progress through collaboration with recruiting analytics. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing and CRM tools to build and manage talent pipelines effectively. Additionally, you will utilize your strong working knowledge of recruiting analytics to drive data-informed hiring strategies that align with the company's goals.

You will also play a key role in optimizing internal operations and driving strategic initiatives that enable the company to thrive. Your consultative approach will help you navigate the complexities of recruiting for diverse teams, ensuring that you attract top talent who align with Stripe's mission.
