Stripe is seeking a Business Recruiter on a fixed-term contract to enhance their corporate functions across EMEA. You'll oversee full-cycle recruiting and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive hiring strategies. This role requires strong knowledge of recruiting analytics and tools.
You are a consultative and creative recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting. You excel in dynamic environments and are eager to try new approaches while embracing innovative ideas. Your ability to partner with multiple internal stakeholders allows you to understand their hiring objectives and drive effective recruiting strategies. You have a strong working knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools, which you leverage to inform data-driven hiring decisions. Familiarity with sourcing and CRM tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem, is essential for building and managing talent pipelines. You are also comfortable using scheduling, communication, and collaboration tools like GoodTime, Slack, and G Suite to optimize workflows.
Experience with various recruiting technologies and a willingness to quickly adopt new tools will set you apart. You thrive in a learning-oriented environment and are open to feedback on how to continuously improve recruiting processes. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs will be crucial in this role.
In this role, you will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for Stripe's corporate functions across EMEA.
