You have experience in operational management, ideally within a fulfillment or logistics environment, where you've successfully led teams to achieve high performance and productivity. Your ability to identify training needs and coach team members is key to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You understand the importance of safety procedures and are committed to ensuring safe working practices in your department.
