You have experience in operational management, ideally within a fulfillment or logistics environment, where you've successfully led teams to achieve high performance and productivity. Your ability to identify training needs and coach team members is key to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You understand the importance of safety procedures and are committed to ensuring safe working practices in your department. You thrive in environments that require effective communication and collaboration across various functions, including HR, Facilities, and IT.
