What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Site Reliability and Platform Engineering team at Instabase, focusing on building scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems. You will integrate software engineering and systems engineering practices to ensure exceptional system performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, and developing monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.

You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to understand their needs and ensure that the systems you build can support their goals. Your role will involve capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure that our platforms can handle increasing loads while maintaining high availability.

You will also be responsible for incident management, leading post-mortem analyses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures. Your expertise will guide the team in adopting best practices for reliability engineering, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
