Yotpo is hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead outbound engagement with major eCommerce brands. You'll manage the full sales cycle and collaborate with VP-level leaders. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in enterprise sales.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience engaging with senior executives in the eCommerce sector. Your ability to build deep, multi-threaded relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders sets you apart as a trusted advisor. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at navigating complex sales cycles, from sourcing pipeline to closing high-value deals. You are data-driven and leverage insights to drive consistent outbound prospecting, ensuring you engage the right decision-makers at target enterprise accounts.
You are comfortable collaborating cross-functionally, working closely with leadership to create strategic win plans that secure key enterprise deals. Your expertise in account-based marketing and your ability to leverage an advisor network will help you develop a high-quality pipeline. You understand the importance of customer retention and growth goals, and you are passionate about helping brands achieve these objectives through innovative solutions.
Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered solutions. You may have a background in marketing or customer success, which enhances your understanding of the customer journey and the importance of loyalty in driving long-term growth. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your approach and results.
In this role, you will own new revenue generation from the largest US omni-channel and eCommerce retailers. You will drive consistent outbound prospecting to engage senior decision-makers at target enterprise accounts, leveraging Yotpo’s advisor network, account-based marketing programs, and executive outreach to develop a high-quality pipeline. You will lead the full sales cycle, which includes qualification, discovery, presentations, negotiation, and closing deals. Your collaboration with leadership, including the VP of Advocacy, will be crucial in executing strategic account plans and winning high-value opportunities.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their customer retention and growth goals. Your role will involve creating strategic win plans and collaborating cross-functionally to secure key enterprise deals. You will also be expected to provide insights and feedback to improve Yotpo’s offerings and sales strategies, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the rapidly evolving eCommerce landscape.
Yotpo offers a competitive total compensation package, with a base salary range of $270,000 to $300,000, plus uncapped commission. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, allowing for flexibility in your work location.
