What you'll do

In this role, you will develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners and human capital management partners. You will engage with key accounts to identify growth opportunities and ensure that Human Interest can reach more small and medium businesses across the United States. Your responsibilities will include strategizing on how to enhance partner engagement, collaborating with internal teams to align on goals, and leveraging your sales expertise to drive results. You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and reporting on the success of partnership initiatives.
