You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. You are comfortable using a wheel repair machine and have experience with painting and clear-coating wheels. Your attention to detail ensures that every repair meets high standards of quality. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As a Rim Repair Tech at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing wheels with deep damage, ensuring that they are restored to a safe and aesthetically pleasing condition. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall quality of the vehicles we deliver to our customers. Your role will involve working closely with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet customer expectations.
