Xendit is seeking a Financial Operations Associate to ensure the seamless flow of funds for transactions on their platform. You'll be part of a team focused on payment infrastructure across Southeast Asia. This role requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience in financial operations or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with payment systems and transaction processing. You should be comfortable working with data and have a keen interest in understanding how financial processes can be optimized.
As a Financial Operations Associate, you will be part of the Financial Operations team responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of funds for the countless transactions happening on the Xendit platform daily. You will help execute daily operations, manage reconciliations, and support the launch of new products or regions. Your role will involve understanding how our products and services work and creating processes to support Xendit’s expansion in Southeast Asia. As new products are launched and we expand to new markets, you will set up and own the reconciliation processes to ensure that at all points, Xendit reconciliations are operating at best-in-class standards. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure operational excellence and contribute to the overall success of the company.
