ComplyAdvantage is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (French Speaking) to nurture relationships with strategic clients and ensure their success with SaaS-based anti-money laundering solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
You are a seasoned Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. With at least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management, you have a deep understanding of SaaS solutions and how to drive user adoption. Your fluency in French allows you to effectively communicate with French-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and you thrive on building long-term relationships with clients. You are skilled at coordinating with various teams to resolve client issues and provide exceptional service.
Experience in the financial services or compliance industry is a plus, as is familiarity with anti-money laundering solutions. You have a knack for understanding client needs and translating them into actionable insights for product development teams. Your analytical skills enable you to assess client usage patterns and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that clients maximize the value of the solutions provided.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic French-speaking customers, guiding them through the entire lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing success. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring that they have a seamless onboarding experience and that their implementation plans are executed effectively. Your responsibilities will include providing proactive support to clients, helping them increase adoption and utilization of the platform, and minimizing churn. You will also collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams to drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Additionally, you will gather feedback from clients to inform product development and shape the product roadmap, ensuring that the solutions continue to meet their evolving needs.
