What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, focusing on their engagement and performance during shifts. Your role will involve collaborating with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, to develop and implement plans that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining customer delivery promises, ensuring that orders are delivered accurately and on time. Additionally, you will oversee the workflow processes, from the first mile to the last mile, adapting to the unique variations of each workflow.
