Overview

Yotpo is seeking a Mid-Level Customer Success Manager to lead relationships with top eCommerce brands. You'll drive measurable business outcomes and ensure customer success across Yotpo’s platform. This role requires strategic thinking and strong relationship management skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in the eCommerce sector. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop tailored success plans that align with customer goals and drive measurable outcomes. You excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from day-to-day operators to C-suite executives. Your ability to proactively track adoption and performance metrics ensures that you can manage risks effectively and lead resolution strategies when challenges arise. You are comfortable leading strategic quarterly business reviews and executive-level conversations, aligning Yotpo’s roadmap with customer objectives. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering closely with account managers to drive retention and expansion.

Desirable

Experience with AI-powered solutions or loyalty programs in eCommerce would be a plus. Familiarity with metrics tracking and performance management tools can enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are a strong communicator, capable of delivering insights and strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own customer relationships post-onboarding, ensuring that clients achieve success and growth across Yotpo’s platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering a consultant perspective in every interaction. Your responsibilities will include developing success plans that align with business goals, driving measurable outcomes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will proactively track adoption and performance metrics, managing risks through regular engagement and leading resolution strategies when challenges arise. You will lead strategic quarterly business reviews and executive-level conversations that align Yotpo’s roadmap to customer objectives. Building and maintaining strong, multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders across enterprise organizations will be key to your success.

What we offer

Yotpo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000, along with a variable compensation component.
