Coupang is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive the growth and management of electronic seller partnerships. You'll work closely with various brands to enhance product diversity and maximize sales performance. This role requires over 7 years of sales experience and proficiency in data management tools.

Who you are

You have over 7 years of experience in sales, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving personal performance metrics in a results-oriented environment. You are skilled at identifying and analyzing problems, leading initiatives to resolution, and setting timelines that positively impact the organization. Your experience includes successfully recruiting new brands and sellers, even in challenging environments, showcasing your ability to innovate and drive success.

You possess a deep understanding of data management and are proficient in tools such as Office365 and Tableau, which you use to analyze performance metrics and inform strategic decisions. Your background includes leading business process improvement projects, enhancing operational efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes. You are also comfortable communicating in business English, which allows you to engage effectively with international partners.

Desirable

You have a proven history of creating successful field sales cases, demonstrating your ability to build strong partnerships with key brands and sellers. Your experience in managing sales performance and revenue growth is complemented by your analytical skills, enabling you to monitor market trends and propose new business models effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager at Coupang, you will focus on strengthening partnerships with major brands and actively seeking out high-potential sellers to expand the diversity of products available on the platform. You will manage pre-sales, revenue, and inventory to ensure category growth, regularly reviewing the performance of brands and sellers to maximize their sales and profitability.

You will continuously monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities and suggest innovative models that align with Coupang's mission. Collaborating with Product Managers, you will work on automating seller systems and simplifying entry processes to enhance the seller experience.
