Desirable

Experience in a retail or consumer goods environment would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies and tools that facilitate program management. A background in engineering or technology will help you understand the technical aspects of the programs you manage, enabling you to communicate effectively with technical teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-quarter technical programs that span engineering, data, product, and business teams. You will drive program strategy and roadmap alignment, ensuring that all initiatives are tightly aligned with business objectives and customer outcomes. You will establish and continuously improve program management frameworks, operating rhythms, and best practices across the Technology organization. As the primary point of accountability for delivery commitments, you will proactively identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. You will partner closely with senior engineering and product leaders to define the scope of work and resource allocation, including roadmap and capacity planning. Your ability to translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable technical requirements will be critical to the success of the programs you manage.
