What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and executing Kindred's Design System 2.0, which involves a comprehensive rebranding effort. You will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that the design system aligns with the overall product strategy and enhances user experience. Your role will require you to develop guidelines and components that facilitate efficient product development, ensuring that the design language is effectively integrated into the codebase. You will lead workshops and discussions to gather input from various stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity. Additionally, you will be tasked with documenting the design system thoroughly, providing resources and support to the team as they implement the new design standards.
