What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Platform InfraCore team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing systems that process millions of metrics, logs, and traces per second — your work will ensure that Grafana Cloud remains a highly available and low-latency solution for our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the capabilities of our observability stack, contributing to both the Grafana LGTM Stack and Grafana Cloud.

You will take ownership of key components of the platform, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable — your expertise will guide architectural decisions and influence the direction of our technology stack. You will participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.

You will also engage with the open-source community, contributing to projects and gathering feedback to improve our offerings — your insights will help shape the future of Grafana and its impact on users worldwide. You will work closely with product managers and designers to translate user needs into technical solutions, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
