PointClickCare is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead Project and Program Management teams in delivering complex healthcare technology implementations. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in shaping enterprise delivery strategies.
You are a seasoned leader with extensive experience in Professional Services, particularly in managing Project and Program Management teams. Your background includes delivering complex healthcare technology implementations for Providers, Payers, and Government agencies. You have a proven track record of shaping enterprise delivery strategies and operating models that enhance scalability and profitability. Your leadership style is people-first, focusing on fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within your team.
You possess strong operational expertise and are adept at anticipating risks and adapting plans to ensure successful project outcomes. Your ability to communicate proactively and coordinate cross-functionally empowers both your teams and customers, driving shared success. You will oversee large-scale transformation initiatives aimed at modernizing delivery processes, including the implementation of PSA tooling and standardized reporting. Your role will involve using data and customer feedback to continuously enhance delivery effectiveness and improve customer experiences. You will ensure that the delivery evolves in line with PointClickCare's growth, product expansion, and increasing customer complexity.
