Overview

Webflow is seeking an Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle in the UK and Central & Eastern Europe. You'll engage key stakeholders and manage B2B SaaS sales from prospect to close. This role requires strong sales skills and a collaborative approach.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in B2B SaaS environments — you've successfully driven sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals, demonstrating your ability to engage with key stakeholders effectively. Your strong communication skills allow you to build relationships and trust with clients, ensuring a consultative sales approach that addresses their needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with various teams such as Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless experience for customers. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced sales environment, always focusing on delivering value to clients. You understand the importance of developing a strong outbound sales pipeline and are skilled at identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Desirable

Experience in the digital experience or AI-native platforms would be a plus, as it aligns with Webflow's mission to empower teams in their digital presence. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems will enhance your ability to manage leads and track sales progress effectively.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Webflow, you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our presence in the UK and Central & Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for driving the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring that you engage with key stakeholders throughout the process. Your role will involve developing a strong outbound sales pipeline, identifying potential clients, and crafting tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers and other teams to ensure that the sales process is consultative and addresses customer requirements effectively. You will also contribute to shaping our go-to-market strategy, providing insights and feedback based on your interactions with clients. Your efforts will be integral in helping Webflow scale its impact internationally, as you work to establish and grow relationships with clients across the region.
