PROCEPT BioRobotics is hiring a Strategic Initiatives Sales Representative to drive capital upgrades and expand adoption of their innovative surgical robotics solutions. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders within Federal Government Veterans Affairs hospitals.
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in capital equipment or medical devices, and understand the complexities of navigating sales cycles within healthcare environments. You excel at building relationships with senior stakeholders and have a proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively and advocate for innovative solutions sets you apart in the field. You are adaptable and thrive in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. As a Strategic Initiatives Sales Representative at PROCEPT BioRobotics, you will be responsible for driving capital upgrades from AquaBeam® Systems to the Hydros™ platform. You will partner closely with the Capital team and the Strategic Initiatives Director to establish Aquablation® as the treatment of choice for men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Your role will involve leading complex capital sales cycles and executing innovative pilots to demonstrate the value of our solutions. You will build advocacy networks within hospitals and collaborate with clinicians and hospital leadership to expand adoption of our technology. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to capture market share within Federal Government Veterans Affairs hospitals.
