You have 2-8 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, or sales support, demonstrating your ability to structure complex data and connect it to business strategies and execution. You possess strong analytical skills, particularly in productivity analysis based on sales performance and activity data. Your experience includes managing lead distribution logic and collaborating with various stakeholders, including sales leaders and strategy teams, to optimize sales processes. You are adept at creating and managing sales assets such as scripts, templates, and tools, ensuring that the sales organization can focus on customer engagement and revenue generation.
In this role, you will operate and optimize lead distribution logic, ensuring that sales leads are allocated effectively to maximize productivity.
