What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the administration of DoorDash's global equity programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance while optimizing systems and processes. You will work closely with various teams, including Accounting, HR, and Legal, to create a framework that supports the rapid growth of equity programs. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with critical external partners to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies that enhance the employee experience related to equity programs. As a leader, you will mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will report to the Sr. Director of Global Equity Programs and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of equity at DoorDash.
