PagerDuty is seeking a Principal Compensation Partner to enhance their global compensation programs. You'll collaborate with HR and business leaders to attract and retain talent. This role requires proven experience in compensation program design and implementation.
You have extensive experience in compensation strategy and program design, ideally with a focus on global compensation frameworks. You have a proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with HR Business Partners and business leaders to implement effective compensation programs. Your analytical skills allow you to evaluate compensation data and trends, ensuring alignment with business goals. You are adept at identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within compensation services. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate compensation strategies to diverse stakeholders. You are committed to fostering an equitable workplace and understand the importance of compensation in attracting and retaining top talent.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Global Compensation to design and implement PagerDuty's global compensation programs. You will regularly evaluate these programs to ensure they meet the needs of the business and its employees. You will lead efforts to improve service delivery models and enhance the content of compensation programs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing compensation data, conducting market research, and making recommendations for adjustments to compensation structures. You will also collaborate with HR teams to ensure that compensation practices are aligned with organizational goals and values. You will be empowered to drive initiatives that promote transparency and equity in compensation practices across the organization.
