What you'll do

As a Senior Data Scientist at JumpCloud, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects, from initial research and experimental design to deploying scalable models in production. You will collaborate with teams across Finance, Marketing, Sales, Growth, UX, Customer Success, and Product to ensure that data-driven insights inform strategic decisions.

Your role will involve designing predictive models and machine learning frameworks that power critical business decisions — you will analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and develop automated solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, sharing your expertise, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
