You are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in customer acquisition and team leadership. You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. Your ability to coordinate with various external locations, such as colleges and corporates, is essential for securing permissions and approvals for acquisition drives. You demonstrate high ownership over key operational metrics and are committed to achieving business growth through effective client engagement.
You have a proven track record in executing on-ground acquisition activities, showcasing your willingness to work directly in target locations. Your strong spoken English and language skills facilitate professional interactions, while your proficiency in using communication tools like WhatsApp and email ensures quick updates and documentation. You are detail-oriented and focused on operational excellence, always striving to improve processes and outcomes.
Experience in the financial services or mobile payments industry is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and customer relationship management will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
In this role, you will lead the Client Acquisition Team, focusing on driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients.
