Overview

Unity is seeking an Account Manager to lead their User Acquisition Account Management team in Greater China. You'll drive growth and adoption of Unity's advertising solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, along with experience in sales or account management.

You have a proven track record in account management or sales, demonstrating your ability to lead teams and drive revenue growth. Your excellent communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike. You are fluent in both Mandarin and English, enabling you to navigate the Greater China market effectively. You possess a strategic mindset, capable of designing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies tailored to the region's unique needs. Your experience in nurturing team talent and fostering professional growth is evident in your leadership style, as you prioritize the development of your team members.

Desirable

Experience in the advertising or technology sectors is a plus, as it equips you with insights into market dynamics and customer needs. Familiarity with Unity's products and solutions will give you an edge in understanding how to best serve your clients. You are proactive in seeking market feedback and translating it into actionable product insights, ensuring that your team remains competitive and responsive to client demands.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead Unity's User Acquisition Account Management team, focusing on driving growth and adoption of Unity's advertising solutions in Greater China. You will design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with Unity's overall business objectives. Your leadership will guide the team in exceeding revenue goals while fostering a culture of professional development and collaboration. You will work cross-functionally with various business units, including Customer Success, Product, Business Operations, Marketing, and Finance, to deliver tailored revenue solutions for existing and prospective customers.
