Celonis is seeking a Senior Cloud Partner Director to drive Go-To-Market activities with cloud partners in Northern Europe. Who you are

You have a proven track record in partnership management, particularly within the cloud and AI sectors — your experience includes developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies that align with sales objectives. You are comfortable engaging with C-Level executives and have a consultative approach to sales that emphasizes business outcomes. Your ability to attract and nurture senior relationships with partners is a key strength, enabling you to expand into new strategic areas effectively.

You possess a strong understanding of the cloud ecosystem and the major Hyperscalers — your knowledge allows you to navigate complex partner landscapes and identify opportunities for collaboration. You are adept at aligning partner goals with company objectives, ensuring that both parties realize maximum value from the partnership. Your strategic mindset is complemented by excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value proposition of partnerships clearly and persuasively.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by results — your analytical skills enable you to manage joint pipelines and day-to-day activities efficiently. You are a team player who collaborates closely with sales teams to ensure alignment with regional priorities. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to adapt to changing circumstances make you a valuable asset to any organization.

Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with process intelligence technology. A background in sales or business development within the tech industry will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. What you'll do

In your role as Cloud Partner Director, you will define and implement a holistic Go-To-Market plan that focuses on cloud and AI partnerships in Northern Europe. You will manage the joint pipeline and oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring that all initiatives align with Celonis' strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include attracting and developing senior relationships with partners, expanding into new business units, service lines, and industry verticals.

You will pitch the value proposition of Celonis partnerships at all levels, particularly with C-Level executives, adopting a consultative sales approach that emphasizes business outcomes. Organizing and executing events with partners will be a key part of your role, allowing you to showcase the benefits of collaboration and drive engagement.

You will work closely with various internal teams, ensuring strong alignment with sales and regional priorities. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be essential as you navigate complex partner dynamics. You will also be responsible for tracking the success of partnerships and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
