What you'll do

In this role, you will lead all legal matters related to OKX's business operations in LATAM, excluding Brazil. This includes assessing and securing any necessary legal approvals, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will work closely with the Head of Legal for the Americas and collaborate with various teams to provide legal guidance that supports business initiatives. Your responsibilities will also involve conducting legal research and analysis to stay ahead of regulatory changes that may impact the company's operations in the region.

You will be instrumental in developing and implementing legal strategies that align with OKX's business objectives. This includes advising on risk management and compliance issues, as well as representing the company in legal proceedings when necessary. Your expertise will help shape the company's approach to legal challenges in the cryptocurrency space, ensuring that OKX remains a trusted brand in the industry.
