As a Shift Lead, you take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes run smoothly while maintaining safety and cleanliness. You are accountable for inventory management and the proper handling of company assets, ensuring they are protected from loss or theft. You understand the importance of delivering high-quality customer service and are committed to executing orders accurately while communicating effectively with customers and team members.

What you'll do

In this role, you will guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works safely and productively. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, which may include preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. Your leadership will help maintain accountability for equipment and inventory, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently. You will also be involved in training new team members, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. Your ability to delight customers will be key, as you ensure that orders are delivered accurately and that any issues are resolved promptly.
