Together AI is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support the hiring process end-to-end. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruiting experience. This role requires strong organizational skills and adaptability in a high-growth environment.
You are an experienced and proactive Senior Recruiting Coordinator with a strong ability to manage end-to-end interview logistics, including complex scheduling and virtual interview setups. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail enable you to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You thrive on collaboration, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a high-quality recruiting experience. You have a strong understanding of recruiting processes and are capable of identifying and driving improvements to increase efficiency and scale. You maintain confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance across all candidate and recruiting records, ensuring a seamless handoff with HR and People Ops during the offer creation and pre-onboarding phases. Your ability to own recruiting metrics and reporting supports data-driven hiring decisions, making you a valuable asset to the Talent team.
Experience in a high-growth tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools. You are a strong team player who embodies the company's vision and demonstrates sound judgment in all interactions.
In this role, you will own the logistics of the interview process, ensuring that candidates have a seamless experience from scheduling to onboarding. You will partner with HR and People Ops to facilitate the offer process and background checks, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Your focus on process improvements will help scale and optimize recruiting operations, making a significant impact on the team's success.
You will develop and maintain recruiting templates, tools, and best-practice resources for hiring teams, ensuring that everyone has access to the resources they need to succeed. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining accurate candidate records and schedules within the ATS and calendar, allowing for smooth operations and communication throughout the hiring process.
