What you'll do

As the Operations Manager at Sendero Ranch, you will lead the on-site team and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing team offsites, managing the operational rhythm of the ranch, and overseeing vendor partnerships. You will be responsible for every touchpoint of the guest experience, from arrival and lodging to food and beverage services, ensuring that all aspects reflect Netflix's commitment to excellence. You will also be tasked with developing and refining operational systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges, ensuring that the ranch meets the needs of Netflix’s leadership programs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliver exceptional experiences for all guests.
