Rain is hiring a Regulatory & Security Compliance Analyst to oversee compliance programs including DORA, SOC 2, SOC 1, GDPR, and PCI. You'll collaborate with engineering, security, legal, and operations teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
You have a strong background in compliance and security, with experience managing compliance programs across various regulatory frameworks such as DORA, SOC 2, SOC 1, GDPR, and PCI. You understand the importance of maintaining up-to-date policies and ensuring operational adherence across teams. Your ability to partner effectively with engineering, security, legal, and operations teams is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to compliance, ensuring that all requirements are met and exceeded.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact at a hypergrowth company. You are comfortable leading compliance audits and certifications, managing the end-to-end process including renewals and new certifications.
Experience in the fintech or crypto space is a plus, as is familiarity with the specific challenges and regulations that come with these industries. Your communication skills allow you to articulate compliance requirements clearly to various stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
In this role, you will own Rain’s compliance program, ensuring that all regulatory and audit requirements are met. You will lead compliance audits and certifications from start to finish, including managing observation periods and pursuing new certifications as needed. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and evolving Rain’s policies to keep them consistent across entities and aligned with regulatory expectations.
You will work closely with engineering, security, legal, and operations teams to ensure that operational adherence is achieved. This collaboration is crucial to making sure that the company is doing what it says it is, and you will play a key role in fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensuring that the company adapts its policies and practices accordingly.
