Vonage is seeking a Salesforce Alliance Partner Manager for the Small Business Segment in San Francisco. You'll drive referral business and manage relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires experience in partner management and a strong understanding of Salesforce.
You have a strong background in partner management or alliances, ideally with experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. You thrive on relationship-building and strategic partnerships, understanding the nuances of go-to-market execution. Your ability to align sales teams and drive collaboration is key to your success in this role. You are customer-focused and innovative, always looking for ways to enhance communication solutions for businesses. You have a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through effective partnerships. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and can maintain momentum on partner strategies. You are results-oriented and enjoy the challenge of building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
In this role, you will drive the Salesforce Small Business Segment referral business by building and managing relationships with Salesforce teams. You will align Vonage’s sales representatives with their Salesforce counterparts to generate pipeline and close opportunities. You will own executive alignment and sales engagement, positioning Vonage as Salesforce’s top communication partner. Planning and leading joint field events with Salesforce will be part of your responsibilities, both partner-facing and customer-facing. You will collaborate cross-functionally within Vonage to maintain momentum on partner strategy and joint initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in expanding Vonage's footprint and influence within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring that both teams work effectively towards common goals. You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and reporting on the success of partnership initiatives.
