Overview

Qualtrics is seeking a VP of Global Communication to lead their worldwide communications strategy. You'll work closely with the executive team to enhance the brand's perception in the market. This role requires strong leadership and strategic communication skills.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in global communications, ideally in a technology or software environment — you've successfully led communication strategies that have shaped brand perception and employee engagement across diverse markets. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowers teams to achieve ambitious goals. You understand the nuances of communicating in a global context and can tailor messages to resonate with various audiences. You are adept at managing relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional leaders, ensuring alignment and clarity in messaging. You possess a strong understanding of the Experience Management category and can articulate its value to both internal and external audiences. You are comfortable navigating complex challenges and are skilled at telling compelling stories that highlight the company's vision and impact.

Desirable

Experience in a high-growth technology company is a plus, as is familiarity with the Experience Management space. You have a track record of successfully managing crises and turning challenges into opportunities for growth. Your strategic mindset allows you to anticipate market trends and adjust communication strategies accordingly. You are passionate about building a strong company culture and understand the role communication plays in fostering employee engagement and satisfaction.
