OPSWAT is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers. You'll support deployments and ensure successful integration of cybersecurity solutions. This role requires strong customer focus and technical expertise.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in cybersecurity solutions. You excel at building relationships with enterprise clients and have a knack for understanding their technical needs. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to bridge the gap between customer requirements and product capabilities. You are proactive in managing customer technical health and have experience in troubleshooting and optimizing technical deployments. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales engineering, support, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You are detail-oriented and possess a strong problem-solving mindset, which helps you navigate complex technical challenges.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, guiding them through the deployment and integration of cybersecurity solutions. You will lead hands-on deployment efforts, configuring and optimizing solutions in various environments, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises setups. Conducting on-site visits will be part of your responsibilities, where you will assess client environments and deliver technical workshops or training sessions. You will proactively monitor customer performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure ongoing operational excellence. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to align customer needs with product capabilities, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support and service.
