MongoDB is seeking a Recruiting Program Manager to shape the future of their Recruiting Operations. You'll design and govern operational infrastructure while collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Finance. This role requires deep recruiting expertise and strategic program design.

You have a strong background in recruiting operations, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective processes that enhance hiring practices. Your expertise in operational governance allows you to establish standards and methodologies that drive excellence in recruitment. You are a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between Talent Acquisition and Finance, ensuring alignment in workforce planning and capacity modeling. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various stakeholders to introduce new tools and automation that support recruitment goals. Your relentless pursuit of operational excellence means you are always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience. You understand the importance of compliance and quality control in the hiring lifecycle, and you are committed to maintaining high standards across all teams.

Desirable

Experience with structured interviewing methodologies and candidate experience enhancement is a plus. Familiarity with headcount forecasting and position management will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the process architect for MongoDB's Recruiting Operations, responsible for designing and deploying the operational infrastructure necessary for scaling the recruitment function. You will work closely with TA Leadership to define the standards and methodologies for hiring across the organization. Your focus will be on moving the function from unstructured practices to rigorous, standardized excellence by implementing core methodologies such as structured interviewing and referral programs. You will establish effective workflows and govern process adherence, auditing the recruiting lifecycle to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality control across all hiring teams. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to introduce new tooling or automation that supports process goals, enhancing the overall efficiency of the recruitment process. You will partner with the Director of Recruiting Operations to mature the organization’s approach to headcount forecasting and capacity modeling, ensuring that the recruitment strategy aligns with business needs.

MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role, with a base salary between $102,000 and $176,000 USD.
