What you'll do

As an Area Manager at Amazon, you will lead multiple dark stores, ensuring that quality, productivity, and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met across all shifts. You will analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions to drive improvements. Your role will involve managing UTR operations in collaboration with third-party vendors, ensuring that weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans are executed effectively.

You will support and lead a team of UTR supervisors, establishing standardized routines for managing operations in each dark store.
