SoFi is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Integration Engineer to provide expert-level support for Workday HCM and Integration functionalities. You'll work with various integration tools and technologies to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other systems. This role requires extensive experience with Workday and integration processes.
You have a strong background in Workday HCM and Integration functionalities, with at least 5 years of experience in providing expert-level support. Your expertise includes core HR, compensation, benefits, talent management, and payroll systems. You are skilled in creating and optimizing calculated fields and custom reports within Workday to meet business requirements. You stay updated on the latest Workday integration tools and technologies, providing recommendations for process improvements. You are adept at troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, ensuring smooth operations across systems.
Experience with third-party service vendors and a solid understanding of the entire integration deployment life-cycle will set you apart. Familiarity with industry best practices in data management and integration will enhance your contributions to the team.
In this role, you will provide expert-level support for Workday HCM and Integration functionalities, ensuring that all systems work seamlessly together. You will leverage your expertise in EIB, XSLT v3, Core Connector, PECI, WECI, Workday Studio, APIs, Web Services, Workday Extend, Orchestrate for Integrations, PRISM, and Report Designer to facilitate data flow between Workday and other systems. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing calculated fields and custom reports to support business requirements. You will also stay updated on the latest Workday integration tools and technologies, providing recommendations for process improvements. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all integration processes are efficient and effective.
