Homebase is seeking an Account Executive to help small businesses adopt and expand their use of workforce management tools. You'll engage directly with business owners to understand their challenges and guide them toward effective solutions. This role requires 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally in SMB SaaS.
You have 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in SMB SaaS or high-throughput sales roles. You understand the nuances of engaging with small business owners and operators, and you thrive in environments where you can make a tangible impact. Your ability to balance efficiency with empathy sets you apart, as you know that strong customer conversations are key to success. You are comfortable managing a high-velocity sales motion that includes discovery, product education, and closing deals within short sales cycles. You value ownership and are eager to contribute to revenue growth while helping shape best practices through real customer insights. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to raise the bar and celebrate wins together.
In this role, you will work directly with small business owners and operators to understand their day-to-day challenges. You will guide them toward solutions that save time, reduce friction, and help their teams run better. Your responsibilities will include managing a high-velocity sales process, which involves conducting discovery calls, educating potential customers about Homebase’s suite of workforce management tools, and closing sales. You will need to be consistent in your approach and maintain strong customer conversations to drive adoption and expansion of the product. Success in this role will come from your ability to balance efficiency with empathy, ensuring that you understand and address the unique needs of each customer. You will contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company while helping to shape best practices based on your insights from real customer interactions.
