OpenAI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to enhance customer experience with the OpenAI API and ChatGPT products. You'll work closely with clients to identify use cases and demonstrate the value of AI solutions. This role requires technical expertise and strong communication skills.
You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in AI or software products. You excel at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions, ensuring clients derive maximum value from the technology. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work.
Experience with AI technologies or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with API integrations. You have a knack for problem-solving and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact on customer success.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional pre-sales support, guiding customers through the implementation of OpenAI's solutions. You will partner with senior business stakeholders to understand their needs and help shape their AI strategy. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, scoping use cases, and providing proof of concepts to showcase the value of our offerings. You will also serve as a technical expert, addressing security and compliance questions, and ensuring that customers feel confident in their decisions.
