What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of sales financial forecasts and actuals across the organization. You will coordinate with FP&A team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting. Your responsibilities will include building detailed financial models to perform scenario analyses that guide the business on key decisions. You will work closely with sales leaders to evaluate go-to-market strategies and resource allocation, providing insights that enable better decision-making. You will also be responsible for streamlining and automating data collection processes, reducing manual effort and improving turnaround time for reporting cycles. Your contributions will directly impact the success of MongoDB by enabling executives to make informed decisions based on accurate financial data.
