You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to engage with customers effectively and provide exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and delivering happiness to customers, especially in the automotive retail space. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to articulate information clearly and empathetically. You are adaptable and can thrive in a dynamic environment, ready to take on various shifts and responsibilities. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can meet the requirements of the role. You are committed to contributing positively to your local community and are excited about the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company.
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey.
