You understand the importance of building relationships and delivering happiness to customers, especially in the automotive retail space. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to articulate information clearly and empathetically. You are adaptable and can thrive in a dynamic environment, ready to take on various shifts and responsibilities. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can meet the requirements of the role. What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. Your role will involve engaging with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and assisting with any issues that may arise. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your shifts will vary, requiring flexibility to work from 7 am to 9 pm, including weekends. You will be part of a team that values performance and offers growth opportunities based on your contributions.
