Slice is hiring a Printer Operator to join their expanding pizzeria supplies division. You'll learn to operate high-volume digital printers and assist with production tasks. This entry-level role requires a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
You are someone eager to learn about digital printing and production processes, with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to follow step-by-step processes. You possess a problem-solving mindset and a curiosity to acquire new skills. You are physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, which is essential for the role. You thrive in a hands-on environment and are excited about the opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment in a production setting.
In this role, you will learn to operate and maintain high-volume digital printers specifically designed for corrugated cardboard. You will help manage daily print jobs, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Inspecting printed materials for quality and accuracy will be a key responsibility, as you will need to ensure that all outputs meet the company's high standards. You will also assist with basic maintenance, cleaning, and machine setup to keep the equipment in optimal condition. Supporting finishing tasks such as bundling and shrink-wrapping will be part of your daily activities, and you will keep track of materials and job progress to ensure deadlines are met. Collaboration with the production team will be essential to deliver great results consistently.
