· Roles & Responsibilities:
For this junior Marketing & Sales Assistant role, the primary responsibility is to be accountable for marketing assistance and relevant editing tasks while provide support other marketing and sales activities. The detailed responsibilities are:
-Responsible for translating various marketing materials, including EDMs, posters, banners, PowerPoint presentations, landing pages, and seller interview notes.
-Taking and tracking customer interview notes.
-Editing seller education materials and verifying scripts for accuracy and clarity.
-Publishing rate cards via WeChat.
-Collecting and reporting marketing data for performance analysis and strategic planning.
1. Be able to work 3-5 days each week
2. Accuracy and attention to detail
3. Good command of English
4. Computer skills, Using MS office applications
1. Demonstrates strong judgment and adaptability in managing competing priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring timely progress of projects and team deliverables.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, with a solid understanding of their practical applications.
3. Possesses a keen eye for design, with a strong sense of color theory, layout composition, and visual storytelling for digital and print content.
