Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for the AWS Brick and Network Delivery team to manage Data Center and Network scaling projects across EMEA. You'll leverage your analytical and people skills to drive insights and improve processes. This role requires experience in program management and familiarity with AWS.

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technology-driven environment. Your analytical skills allow you to assess complex projects and determine optimal solutions for stakeholders. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with diverse teams to achieve common goals. Your communication skills enable you to lead business reviews and drive process improvements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You are passionate about technology and understand the impact of infrastructure on business success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality results.

Desirable

Experience with AWS infrastructure and services is a plus, as is familiarity with data center operations and network scaling. You may have a background in supply chain management or operations, which would enhance your ability to navigate the complexities of scaling projects. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the Data Center and Network scaling portfolio across multiple AWS clusters in EMEA. You will assess planned scaling projects and available network resources to determine the best solutions for customers. Your responsibilities will include leading weekly and monthly business reviews with stakeholders, driving goals to improve process efficiency, and ensuring that all prerequisites are completed for critical networking capacity delivery. You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists, to address the most challenging problems in AWS infrastructure. Your work will directly impact the long-term future of AWS, making it essential to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
