Everlaw is seeking an Enablement Manager for their Product team to design and drive enablement programs that enhance team performance and decision-making. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate AI-powered tools to improve product culture. This role requires experience in enablement and program development.
You have a strong background in enablement and program development, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a product-focused environment. You understand the importance of aligning teams and empowering them to deliver impactful outcomes. Your creativity and experience will help you design structured, outcomes-driven initiatives that strengthen product culture and accelerate team performance. You are skilled in collaboration and can effectively partner with product leadership and cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs. You are also familiar with integrating AI-powered tools and methodologies to enhance product enablement, ensuring that your team is equipped with cutting-edge capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency.
In this role, you will collaborate on Enablement Roadmaps, working closely with Product Leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize enablement needs. You will build sub-team roadmaps that clarify priorities by function and translate them into scalable learning opportunities. You will develop structured learning programs that establish a predictable cadence of cross-team processes, ensuring that all team members are aligned and skilled in their roles. Your focus will be on creating initiatives that go beyond logistics, aiming to improve decision-making across the organization. You will also play a key role in onboarding new team members, helping them integrate into the company and understand the product, policies, and processes. Your efforts will contribute to building clarity, connection, and momentum within the team, ultimately driving better outcomes for the organization.
