Aleph is seeking an Account Executive for Microsoft Advertising to drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement and acquisition. You'll leverage your expertise in online advertising and media sales to build relationships and optimize performance campaigns.
You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in online advertising, media sales, business development, or marketing — you've consistently reached and exceeded sales goals while building deep market knowledge and strong industry connections. Your digital marketing expertise includes experience working with performance advertisers, giving you a deep understanding of their challenges and needs. You possess strong relationship-building abilities and a strategic mindset with commercial acumen, always putting the client first. Your problem-solving capabilities are complemented by a continuous learning attitude, and you have analytical rigor and attention to detail that sets you apart. Fluency in English is required, enabling you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
In this role, you will identify and acquire potential clients for Microsoft Advertising in Mexico, designing and presenting consultative proposals that align with client goals and industry trends. Building trust-based relationships with clients is essential, as you will act as their advisor and advocate within Microsoft Advertising. You will leverage performance data and insights to identify opportunities for growth, preparing and presenting performance reports and insights to both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that campaigns are optimized for success. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously refining your approach to client engagement and campaign management.
