What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the talent acquisition efforts for poolside, focusing on attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with the company's mission. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. Your goal is to ensure a positive candidate experience while also meeting the company's hiring objectives.

You will play a key role in shaping the company's culture by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives. You will work on developing programs that support employee engagement and retention, ensuring that poolside remains a great place to work. You will also be involved in onboarding new hires, helping them integrate into the team and understand the company's values and goals.

Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in people operations, continuously seeking ways to enhance the recruitment process and employee experience.
